Winter is time to rest

The gray day is a great time for rest and contemplation. Nature is for the winter season is a natural time to slow down and rest of the country. In areas that receive snow, like a significant slowdown in hot areas that are not so much. Everything is part of nature, needs to observe the cycle of rest / planting / care / culture and this includes the people.

While people tend not to follow the cycles of Mother Earth, like plants and animals, we pay a price for the recklessWaiver of natural cycles. We get stress, hypertension, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis and many other diseases, encourage us, without attention to what the body needs. As in everything else, they need to rest our bodies, not just every night, but sometimes for weeks or months in order.
